SUNDAY WORSHIP

If you are looking for Sunday Services to which to bring your children, Family Worship on the 2nd Sunday of each month in which there is often a Baptism is the Worship most geared to All-ages. On this, as on the other Sundays, supervised appropriate activities are available during the service. Children are free to join in as they wish.

PRAISE AND PLAY

Each Thursday morning in term-time at St James Church, up to 25 parents  (and grandparents) with their pre-school children attend a fascinating time together called “Praise and Play”. A team of helpers organise each session to include activities, singing, stories, craft work and prayers. With the children happily occupied the adults are also then free to talk and share with each other while refreshments are served.

If bringing your toddler to regular Sunday worship is a bit daunting, why not try this alternative. You would be sure of a warm and friendly welcome. Praise and Play starts at 9.30a.m. on Thursdays during the school term and with refreshments lasts 45 minutes to one hour. For further details contact  Jan Morgan 811575.

St JAMES MOTHERS’ UNION

St James Mother's Union has now joined in with St Chad's Mother's Union Wybunbury. Please see St Chads Website for details. We have a varied programme from the serious to the extraordinary and everyone is invited – men, women, married, divorced, single, parents or not. The title “Mothers’ Union” is historical and respected worldwide but does not reflect the membership of branches in the UK.
